Krav Maga level testing in Frankfurt am Main

“Cityskills” students at Krav Maga level testing in Frankfurt am Main

In the run-up to the annual IKMF Urban Warrior Camp, there was a level testing for Krav Maga students from all over Germany, conducted by Tamir Gilad, Expert 5 Instructor from Israel.

Six of our students, together with Instructor Sylvain, made their way from Berlin to Wiesbaden to participate not only in the Urban Warrior Camp, but also in the level testing and earn a new “patch”.

Patches don’t win fights – but they prove your skills

Krav Maga is self-defense and therefore not bound by any rules. For this reason, there are no competitions, tournaments or fights, because that would inevitably mean serious injuries or lead to the Krav Maga concept ad absurdum. “Patches don’t win fights”, we always say. Because in a real dangerous situation the level is irrelevant, the only thing that counts is that you get out safely. Nevertheless, Krav Maga students can also prove their skills in level tests. Unlike martial arts, they are not compulsory, but an additional offer for all those who like to assess their performance realistically and get a reward for their training.

Good Krav Maga training pays off

At Cityskills – Krav Maga Berlin we have high-quality standards for our training. To this end, our instructors regularly attend updates, further education, and training courses offered by the IKMF. We then pass this knowledge on to our students.

Anisa, Filip, Anastasia, and Marcel took the P2 exam. Mark and Roman took their P3 exam. All this under the watchful eye of Tamir Gilad.

Now we can congratulate everyone on passing their exams! Especially Mark and Roman convinced in their test with a rate of 100% and thus no mistakes at all. A great achievement that we as trainers are particularly proud of.

A “KIDA” from the whole coaching team and now – on to new goals!
